Instructions and guidance of Gujarat State Education Department regarding awarding the best teacher at taluka, district and state level. The selection process and its structure for awarding the best teachers at the taluka, district and state level to encourage the best teachers of the state has been framed in accordance with the resolution dated 25/06/2019 of the Government, Education Department and at the taluka level subject to these policy rules, The best teacher award is given at district level and state level. Which is attached with this, is sent.
The following action will have to be taken at the district level as per the provision of the resolution dated 25/06/2019 of the education department regarding awarding the best teacher at the taluka, district and state level.
(1) The Government of the State Government, Non-Government Aided Primary, Secondary, Higher Secondary Schools currently selecting teachers, Headmasters and teachers of Government and Non-Government Aided Institutions educating children with disabilities as the best teachers selected by the State Government and awarded prizes every year. Is implemented. Accordingly, in order to select the best teachers to be awarded in September 2020, a proposal with recommendations is sought from the selection committee headed by the taluka district level.
(2) The District Education Officer is asked to send such proposals in person to this office as per the following timetable. Delay in submission of district proposals may result in many administrative difficulties. Take care not to let this happen. If a teacher's name is recommended by the teacher himself, parents, members of the society or others involved in education, it will have to be considered as a proposal.
After first selecting the taluka level for the state level award, after selecting from the district level, the proposals for receiving the state award should be arranged to be received in person at the office here within the date and time mentioned below.
(3) The committee appointed by the award resolution of taluka level and district level shall complete the work within the prescribed time limit. In order not to delay due to the transition of covid-19 cores in the current year, the selection process has to be completed by calling the selection committee by 03/07/2020 to select the teacher for the award at taluka level and district level. The selection process has to be completed by 06/07/2020 for awarding the prize at the state level and the proposal of the teachers selected at the state level has to be sent to this office in person on the date as shown in the table above.
(4) As per the provision paragraph (f) of the resolution dated 25/06/2020 of the Education Department, only the teacher of the government and subsidized school has to be selected for the best teacher at the taluka, district and state level. In order to get maximum number of proposals from the eligible teachers, action has to be taken as per the provisions of the resolution dated 25/06/2019 of the Education Department of the Government. In addition, a public tender for the best teacher award will be issued by the office here. He will also have to take action.
The attached appendix-1, along with the certificates, are given in the prescribed form for proposing the state award. It will have to fill in the required details - information, get the signature of the employee and the officer, prepare the proposal and send it.
